About Me

Torah & Climate is the work of Rabbi Danny Eisenberg, an Orthodox rabbi living in Sydney, Australia, who has been involved in adult Torah education for nearly two decades.

He received semicha from HaRav Zalman Nechemya Goldberg zt”l and from the Chief Rabbinate of Israel.

He also holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and worked for several years part-time as a software engineer at UNSW in the ARC Centre of Excellence for Climate Extremes, while also learning and teaching in the Sydney Kollel. He has since left the role at UNSW, devoting more of his time to the Sydney Kollel.
